Jill has always been heavily influenced by her involvement in sports and fitness. Fitness is an important part of Jill’s daily life and she wanted to share her knowledge to help people become happier and healthier within themselves. To that end, she has brought together an amazing group of people to serve clients in all aspects of their training.
She had a very athletic childhood and competed in bodybuilding as a young adult. Nowadays, she spends her free time as the biggest cheerleader for her children while they work to pursue their dreams and athletic goals. Jill also enjoys hiking, skiing, and spending time with her friends and family.
Sherrie Smith
Sherrie is a personal trainer, with a specialization in senior and youth athletic development. She has a passion for working with people of all ages to help them realize their true potential and make positive life changes. She also enjoys watching youth learn how strong they are and the potential within themselves.
Sherrie has experience in the holistic health field and is a certified holistic nutrition advisor and reflexologist. She is also a certified sports responder and works as a trainer with high level hockey teams.
Sherrie is an animal lover who enjoys hiking, working out, and spending time with her family and friends. She plans to continue taking courses within the field of health and wellness.
