Energy Balls Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup nut butter
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional, you could substitute in some dried cherries or cranberries)
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp collagen or protein powder

Directions:
Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Mix to combine. Roll into small balls. Store in the fridge for one week. Enjoy!
