I’ve been with Built Strong for a few years now. Sherrie has helped me work on my foundation for strength and make sustainable lifestyle adjustments. She helps me feel proud of the accomplishments I’ve achieved, even when I don’t always see them. When I started, I could barley do a push up but now I do 2-3 training sessions each week!
