Our TRX Suspension Training class, led by Amie, uses the TRX suspension system to deliver a full-body workout that’s functional, efficient, and adaptable for all fitness levels. Fascial Stretch
Fascial Stretching Therapy (FST) is a unique and highly effective approach to improving flexibility, mobility, and overall body function by targeting the fascia — the connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles, bones, and organs. Fascia plays a key role in the body's movement and structural integrity, but when it becomes tight, restricted, or injured, it can cause pain, stiffness, and limited range of motion.
FST is different from traditional stretching or massage techniques because it not only stretches muscles but also focuses on the fascia, helping to release tension and promote better alignment. The therapy uses a combination of passive and active stretching techniques, typically applied by a trained therapist. The client is often gently assisted into stretches while the therapist manipulates the fascia to elongate the tissue in all directions.
This therapy involves working on multiple layers of fascia, addressing both superficial and deeper tissue layers, which can help break up adhesions, reduce inflammation, and improve circulation. The movements are typically slow and controlled, allowing the fascia to relax and lengthen safely.

HYROX Class
HYROX is a global fitness competition that blends endurance, strength, and functional fitness in a unique, race-style format. Designed to challenge participants of all fitness levels, HYROX consists of a series of 8 standardized fitness stations combined with a 1km run between each station, for a total distance of 8 kilometers. The stations include exercises that target a wide range of physical abilities such as strength, endurance, speed, and coordination.
The 8 fitness stations in a HYROX event are:
SkiErg (cardio-based, simulating cross-country skiing)
Sled Push (strength-based, pushing a weighted sled)
Sled Pull (strength-based, pulling a sled over a set distance)
Burpee Broad Jumps (combination of burpees and long jumps)
Rowing (cardio, rowing on a Concept2 machine)
Kettlebell Farmers Carry (strength and grip endurance, carrying kettlebells over a distance)
Sandbag Lunges (strength and endurance, lunging while carrying a sandbag)
Wall Balls (functional strength and coordination, throwing a weighted ball to a target)
Each station is designed to push your body to its limits, ensuring that participants are tested across various fitness domains. The combination of running and high-intensity exercises provides a full-body workout that challenges both your aerobic and anaerobic systems.
HYROX events are typically held in a controlled indoor environment, making them accessible regardless of weather conditions. There are multiple divisions to accommodate a wide range of participants, including Open, Pro, and even an Elite category for those seeking a competitive challenge. Additionally, HYROX offers age group divisions and even a relay option for team-based participation.
What sets HYROX apart from other fitness competitions is its standardized nature: no matter where the event is held globally, the course and exercises are always the same. This makes it easy to track progress and compare your performance to others around the world. It's a unique, intense challenge that attracts fitness enthusiasts, athletes, and anyone looking to push themselves physically while having fun in a competitive environment.

Massage Therapy
Kaitlyn Young is our in-house massage therapist. As a graduate of Mount Royal University's 2200-hour Massage Therapy Program and former high-level athlete, she has a full understanding of how beneficial massage therapy can be. Kaitlyn is very knowledgeable, with the ability to treat all ages from children to seniors.
We customize each treatment to meet your specific needs by incorporating a variety of assessment and treatment techniques that are best suited to you as an individual.
As part of her service, she will provide you with knowledge of self-administered pain management techniques, such as stretching and strengthening exercises, and the use of heat or cold therapy, which will help you get the most out of each treatment.
Kaitlyn's practice is dedicated to improving the well-being of all our clients.

Osteopathic Therapies
Catherine Faulkner is a Manual Osteopathic Therapist and Registered Massage Therapist. She is passionate about collaborating with clients to identify underlying causes of discomfort and to restore balance to the body as a whole. Her treatments are therapeutic and focused on addressing your specific needs, rather than being relaxation-based- unless specifically requested. When you book a massage, you're not only receiving the expertise of an RMT but also the knowledge and insight of a Manual Osteopathic Therapist, ensuring your body gets the care and attention it truly deserves.
For those seeking to improve blood circulation, enhance muscle recovery, boost stamina, aid in pre- or post-training recovery, reduce post-surgery healing time, or calm a stressed nervous system, we offer the BEMER FDA-approved Class 2 medical device.
