Location
Situated on the largest turf space in Okotoks, Built Strong is a 4000-square foot training facility.
With several amenities, including a private weightlifting area, infrared sauna, and therapy rooms, we are the one-stop shop for all your fitness needs.

As the proud owner of Built Strong Athletics, Jill has created a business that is focused on her passion for training people and teams. With certifications in personal training and muscle activation techniques, she can help you achieve your athletic aspirations.
Sherrie Smith
Sherrie is a personal trainer with specializations in senior and youth athletic development.
She is also a certified sports responder and trainer for high level hockey teams.
