Hit & Lift blends strength training, functional fitness, and boxing/kickboxing conditioning into one high-energy workout designed for all fitness levels.

Youth Boxing Programs
Little Sluggers
Ages 9 – 12  An introduction to boxing fundamentals in a fun and structured environment. Kids build coordination, discipline, confidence, and fitness while learning proper technique and teamwork.
Girls Only Boxing & Kickboxing
Ages 9 – 17  A safe and empowering space for girls to build confidence, strength, and self-defense skills while developing fitness and friendships in a supportive environment.
Recreational Boxing
Ages 13 – 17  Designed for teens who want to learn boxing fundamentals, improve fitness, and build confidence without competitive pressure. Focuses on skill development, conditioning, and discipline.
One-on-One Boxing / Kickboxing / Muay Thai
Ages 7+  Private sessions tailored to each athlete’s goals and skill level. Ideal for beginners, competitive athletes, or anyone wanting focused coaching and faster skill development.
